This is the third workshop in the series of Volunteer WorkshopsIt is again an informal, participatory, face to face workshop is aimed at volunteers or anyone considering becoming a volunteer with an open and friendly environment with lots of chat and interaction and a certificate awarded after the session
The session is about volunteering with people including, considering communication styles & options, how your own behaviour affects others, dealing with conflict, maintaining boundaries & effective working practices.
This workshop is the third of 4 workshops
1.Introduction to Volunteering, 2. Volunteering Safely and the final session is 4. Volunteering in Recovery Services
Each are stand alone sessions but form a complete programme
