About
Have you experienced a c-section in the last year? Or are you pregnant and planning an elective caesarean birth? Then the C-section Coffee Club is for you!Whether your caesarean birth was planned, unplanned or an emergency, every journey is different and yours matters.
Join us to connect, be seen, ask questions, be part of a community, and share your story (or not).
The C-section Coffee Club is hosted by:
* Sarah Allen-Reading - expert C-section Scar Specialist - who will share her knowledge on scar care and recovery. From numbness and itching to tightness and restrictive movement, Sarah helps women understand and optimise their scar healing. Scar care is so often overlooked - come ask the expert!
* Lauren Williams, experienced physiotherapist and postnatal rehab specialist, offers the renowned Mummy MOT. She'll be on hand to talk about safe return to exercise, healing diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and managing postnatal pain - because you don't just have to "put up with it."
Babies always welcome!

Held every month on the FIRST Thursday at Naturally Baby, Unit 11, Plato Close, Warwick CV34 6YB (off Tachbrook Park Drive). Free parking (details below).

More about our venue Naturally Baby:
Parking: there are 12 Naturally Baby parking spaces (look for the signs) where you can park for free or you can park in the visitor bays marked with a V up to 2 hours. If you live locally and plan to walk, there is plenty of space for prams.
The space: the room is a lovely, cosy space with soft furnishings and comfortable chairs. Tea and coffee is available and biscuits of course!
Additional option: Naturally Baby has offered for mum and baby to stay after the coffee club for an additional hour (12-1pm) to enjoy their baby sensory space for £4 (usually £8.95). A great opportunity to continue the conversation with your new friends and give baby a unique, safe, sensory experience! Pay on the day.
