Location
About
Music from
Maja Bugge : cello
Pete Moser : accordion and piano
Mina Salama: oud and ney
Special Guest : Howard Haigh on guitar
Please come to this Musical Meditation on Peace for Palestine at Christ Church in Lancaster..
The event is a fundraiser for a community in Central Gaza. All proceeds will be used to support projects run by a Lancaster university graduate from Gaza.
Previous concerts have supported the development of a solar powered community well; the distribution of food parcels and children’s clothes; and medical support.
We have a long established relationship with the project organiser in Gaza, and aim to support him to respond flexibly to need.
Lancaster based cellist Maja Bugge, pianist Pete Moser and guitarist Howard Haigh will play with Mina Salama on oud and ney in a 11th Meditation event raising money and energy for Gaza.
It will be a contemplative and quiet space to reflect and come together.
SOLIDARITY IS STRENGTH
