About
Wave, a community organisation based in Morecambe, will host the Lancaster District's fourth community meal - Join us for hearty food and good conversation.
All meals are served at a 'pay as you can' rate, suggested donation of £10 for those who can afford it. You can donate via Trybooking when selecting your ticket or in person (details below).
These meals are part of the wider Landed Community Kitchen project, which aims to bridge the gap between local food producers and consumers, creating a thriving local food economy that gives all of us access to food that's good for us and the planet.
£4 covers the costs of the ingredients, which are locally sourced where possible
£10 covers the costs of the ingredients and make a contribution to the chef time
£20 helps to cover the costs of the meal for someone else
The meals are open to everyone - if you have an appetite, please come and eat.
