Children’s author Simon James Green is visiting Turton School on July 16th. He will be delivering his hilarious Own the Awkward talk based on own his experiences as an awkward teenager. The event is free for all students who wish to attend – this will be arranged via English staff in the run up to the day. If you would like to purchase one of the books for your child and enable them meet him at the book signing, you can do so here. Some students will be out of school on a trip on the day so Mrs Taylor will make sure their book is signed and delivered to them the next day.If you would like to find out more about the books before purchase, take a look at Simon’s website Books — Simon James Green
