Ian K Brown - Guitarist performs at ECHO FESTIVAL
About
He will play a selection of songs from his forthcoming show at Broadstairs Folk Week entitled A Man of Kent and the Scottish Border Concert. This will cover a journey from discovering folk music as a teenager to living on the Northumberland–Cumbrian border. Ian’s journey has been shaped by tradition and place. This show shares the stories behind his original songs, inspired by life in the Scottish border region, with subtle references to his early years in Kent. Alongside these, Ian will perform a selection of well-loved songs from the North, celebrating the region’s rich musical heritageHere is a bit about me.
