THIRD COURSE
• Steak tartare, bone marrow toast, parsley salad

• Roasted fillet of Cornish hake, lentil ragu, conchiglie, gremolata

• Pea, mint and ricotta arancini, romesco sauce, toasted hazelnuts, wild rocket

• French fruit tart, Mousehall gin macerated strawberries, crème pâtissière
