Session 1, Equipment inspection 08:00 Assembly 08:45 to follow with 3 ends of practice.
Session 2, Equipment inspection 11:00 Assembly 11:45 to follow with 3 ends of practice.
Session 3, Equipment inspection 14:00 Assembly 14:45 to follow with 3 ends of practice.
Bosses: Double straw bosses, 4 archers per boss shooting in 2 details.
Faces: Single spot and 3 spot Vegas available
Compound Archers will only shoot on 3 spot, both target faces available for other disciplines.
Entry Fee: £16 single round, £30 double round plus a 15p try booking fee for each ticket.
Please note: the discount will automatically be applied at the checkout when booking for 2 sessions, this is limited to 1 per booking.
Refunds: No refunds after the closing date – 15th November 2026

Awards: Awards will be based on number of entries.
Registration: All archers are required to register upon arrival to confirm their target allocation in case of any late alterations. Proof of AGB membership will be required for registration. Please ensure you can provide this offline.
Parking: Car Parking is free of charge
Refreshments: Tea, Coffee and snacks will be available to purchase on the day.

Rules: Dress Regulations – AGB dress regulation 307 rules will apply.
Photography: The provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult's policy requires that those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising junior archers under 18 at all times.
Drug Testing: Record status shoots are liable for drug testing. Any competitor approached to give a sample for testing MUST comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry is completed by one or more junior archers, consent must be given for each by the parent of legal guardian.
