In this 45 min online yoga class Alison helps you let go of the days tension, return fluid back to your joints and reconnect you to your spirals to release your connective tissue.Slow mindful movement with the breathe to create an environment for your body to release background tension. Alison layers the poses to gradually increase the range of movement so all abilities are welcome. With a strong emphasis on alignment using Alison's Alexander Technique knowledge you can deepen your stretching and breathing.
There is also an option of using light weights to promote bone density and better sleep if you feel this is appropriate for you.
The class finishes with some breathe work followed by a relaxation at the end to help you wind down for a quality night's sleep.
The session will open 10 minutes before the start time so you can setup your camera.Location
