'The Work That Reconnects' - Joanna Macy's inspiring and powerful programme that helps us support ourselves and those around us in challenging times.
Gareth is a trained facilitator in 'The Work That Reconnects'. The concept was developed by Joanna Macy alongside many other people over her lifetime.
The process takes you on a spiral transitioning through four key stages:
Coming from Gratitude
Honoring Our Pain for the World
Seeing with New/Ancient Eyes
Going Forth

We hope this event will bring together people from across the UK.
SUGGESTED DONATION towards the running of the event: £150 per person or pay as you feel
A larger donation will enable those on lower incomes to join us. If you are able to Gift Aid your donation, please do so.Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Space to stay in the bunkbarn, yurt, Meeting House floor and camping. Please note that the sleeping areas may be mixed gender. Please tell us where you'd like to sleep- we want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease. It is also possible to stay at home and travel to Rookhow each day.
You will also be asked to bring some food/ prepare a meal for everyone (we will let you know nearer the time what to bring).
There will be a short Quaker Meeting for Worship both mornings and a reflective Epilogue each evening.
