As part of the East Yorkshire Walking Festival, we are offering you the chance to enjoy a rare climb halfway up Beverley Minster’s west towers. You’ll ascend around 100 spiral steps, to see the Minster’s clock mechanism up close and get nearer to the bells. You’ll also step into the tympanum, the room above the great west door to explore the history
behind the workmen’s graffiti on the walls. Back at ground level, you’ll take a guided tour of the medieval quire.
