# North West England Business Group – Online Event | 11 SeptemberThe North West England Business Group is a LinkedIn community created to connect businesses across the North West and turn online connections into real relationships.
With almost 18,000 members, the opportunity is huge. Our focus now is on creating more conversation, stronger connections and a community where people genuinely want to get involved.
Over the last few months we have hosted a number of successful online sessions alongside our first in person event, bringing together new faces, creating genuine conversations and, most importantly, encouraging people to continue those relationships after the event.
On **Friday 11 September at 10am**, we are heading back online.
This session will be relaxed, interactive and focused on making meaningful connections.
You will hear a short update on the North West England Business Group and what is coming next, before being given the opportunity to meet and speak with other businesses from across the region.
There is no hard selling and no pressure to deliver the perfect sixty second pitch.
We want people to get to know the person behind the business first.
Through some simple guided conversations, we will help you find common ground, discover opportunities to support one another and create connections that can continue long after the meeting has finished.
The aim is simple.
