As Part of the Travelling Imaginarium workshops and events which will take place throughout Ullapool in September , we are hosting 4 Creative Writing workshops here at An Talla Solais - lead by writer and tutor LG Thomson.These Sessions Run by the Travelling Imaginarium are free to attend
You can come to one, all four, or as many as you like .
**Please note you need to make a separate booking for each date you would like to come to . So select the date and process the booking x1 place for each date you would likely to attend. ( up to 4 individual dates) ***
(If you are booking for someone else to attend the same session with you , then you can x2 or x3 places per evening as needed. )

Workshop 1: Mini Memoirs -14th September
Come along to this fun and relaxed creative writing workshop and learn how to use your own life experiences to create a mini memoir. No experience necessary. 16+
Workshop 2: Stop Making Sense - 15th September
Experiment with words. Play with ideas. A fun and relaxed creative writing workshop. No experience necessary. 16+
Workshop 3: The Sea & Me - 21st September
From strandlines & rockpools to the depths of the oceans and fantastical creatures both mythical & real, the sea has long been a source of inspiration. Come along to this relaxed creative writing workshop and discover how you can be inspired by the briny deep. No experience necessary. 16+
Workshop 4: Inspired by Art - 22nd September
In this workshop, we’ll use creative writing to respond to visual art. The session will include periods of silence as well as writing and discussion. You will be guided through the process and do not need to know anything about art to take part. 16+
