Why: Many employers and Enterprise Advisers want to support SEND learners through workplace experiences and engagement with schools but may be unsure how best to do so. This session is designed to build confidence, increase understanding,
and provide practical strategies for working effectively with SEND learners and education settings.
We invite you to take part in this collaborative session to:
- Understand the four broad areas of SEND.
- Challenge common myths and misconceptions around neurodiversity.
- Recognise how different needs may present in workplace settings.
- Identify practical no-cost workplace adjustments.
- Apply learning to workplace scenarios.
