About

This year's theme, “Old, New, Borrowed & Blue” celebrates the breadth of big band music - from timeless classics to new favourites - and with unexpected gems outside the usual jazz playbook.  Who knew that Saint-Saens' music could work as gypsy jazz, or that the evergreen 'My favourite things' from the Sound of Music could work as a fiery salsa, or even that Super-mario soundtracks turn out to be perfect for a big band??!  Join the Roy Bailey Big Band with our wonderful vocalists, Anna Shackleton and Adam Beveridge for an exciting night of big band storytelling spanning eras, genres, moods and styles!

(Similar to previous years, we will be performing the same programme on two different nights so can offer you that difficult choice between 'fresh and edgy' on 19 November or 'poised and polished' on 26 November...)

Tickets £10-16 (Adults) and £5 (Children) (price includes all ticket fees)

Most seats are at tables as indicated by your ticket choice.  You are very welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks (as there is no bar available at this event).

Please indicate in the comments section if you would like to be seated next to a party booking separately (and do include their names), and also if you have any seating preferences (e.g. near the front) or have any accessibility issues. We can’t guarantee we can fulfil all requests, but we will aim to do so on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Thank you and we hope to see you soon!
