The Beacon Incident – lessons learned

Our network discussion this month will be hosted by a member of the NIGF Steering committee and will look at the Beacon CRM Incident, the impact on charities who use it and what lessons can be learned.

In particular, this session will explore how one charity dealt with this, the steps they had to take in relation to the breach, their liasion with the ICO in relation to this and the overall outcome.  This session will help members learn lessons from the Beacon breach that will help them deal with other breaches they may be involved in managing in the future.
