We are excited to welcome you to our open event for Thrive Club, a weekday provision where young people and adults build confidence, independence and real-life skills.

Thrive Club supports people aged 16+ with learning disabilities, autism and Down syndrome to feel safe, included and ready to grow.

Based at the DSC Hub in Northwich, each day combines life skills, community experiences, health, digital learning, friendships and personalised support.
