TICKET SCANNING HIRE
There are two steps to hire equipment. Here is a brief overview of the process, before clicking Continue Booking below.
Step 1: Select the required system
Do you need just a barcode reader? Our USB barcode readers can be used by simply plugging into your own PC with Gatekeeper Lite software installed.
You have a choice of a Paper Barcode Reader, for printed tickets, or an Image Barcode Reader which will recognize paper tickets and barcodes in emails or PDFs which are on mobile phones or tablet devices.
If you require a PC with the software installed, we also have two options to choose:
- A simple PC with Gatekeeper LITE installed, great for events up to 1,000 guests.
- If the event is for more than a 1000 guests, a networked solution maybe required. With multiple readers and a networking server to manage the event. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 0333 344 3477 to discuss your needs further.
Step 2: Add the deposit and delivery, then select your required components
There is a deposit which needs to be added to secure the items. This will be refunded on return of the components. If you require multiple systems, then multiple deposits are required.
If you wish for TryBooking to ship the components to you, please ensure you also include the delivery charge. All packages will be shipped by Royal Mail's Guaranteed Delivery Service.
Then add the quantity of readers and/or PCs required for hire.
