It’s a full body workout that burns fat, strengthens and tones the core, legs and upper body, improves lymphatic drainage and boosts the immune system.
Please wear appropriate clothing to rebounding sessions. Flat shoes, Leggings or shorts are advised. Flared trousers are not safe for rebounding. 
Maxium weight limit: 21st. (If you are unsure what you weigh, please pop into the club and we will weigh you)
