Topic: View from the Top: Improving Communications between Alumni Societies and SLTs
Shaun Fenton shares how Heads and Senior Leadership Team's (SLT) view the role of Alumni Societies in today's independent schools’ sector. He also discusses the important role that Societies must undertake to help secure the long-term future of their schools, and how they can engage their SLTs' to achieve this.
Shaun Fenton is Headmaster of Reigate Grammar School (RGS) and 2018-19 Chair of HMC (Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference), which represents independent schools.
