IMPORTANT BOOKING INSTRUCTION: To generate a request for an invoice to be raised via Purchase Order you must enter the code 'invoice' (no caps) in the Promotion Code box and hit 'Apply' at the payment page. Failure to do this will generate a credit card payment request. You must have your PO number available at this stage. A copy of your purchase order must be sent immediately as a PDF file to the IMI Treasurer at the email address below or posted to:- The Hon. Treasurer, IMI Limited, 12 Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL
Your provisional booking will only be validated when full payment has been received. With regret, we are not in a position to permit entry to delegates with outstanding invoices so please confirm your booking is paid for before attending conference. We will reallocate rooms if full payment is not made.
Prices shown will incorporate any discount applied at time of booking.
Trade Members wishing to attend more than the Trade Day should make a separate booking as a Delegate for additional B&B nights or tickets to the Awards Banquet etc.
