This event is a hybrid event meaning that there are tickets sold for both physical attendance and online attendance.

In-person tickets include an evening of celebration of inspiring women, with a 3 course meal at the venue.

Online tickets (UK only) include a 3 course chilled meal for two, delivered to the stipulated address up to 5 days prior to the event date. Meals will be delivered by a well known national restaurant which is a Third Party. The organiser takes no responsibility for meals not delivered on time/delays, if any, by the courier service. Meals will have vegetarian, vegan and non-veg options only. No other special dietary requirements can be catered for. Both meals will be identical, so choose your option carefully.

The organiser takes no responsibility for any technical issues during the online event, whether they be participants, delegate or organiser related. In such a case, a recording/film of the event will shared and be available to view for a limited period of time.

Should Government guidance change and we have to limit the number of people for physical in-person event, first priority will be given to finalists, sponsors and judges. In such scenario, rest of the tickets will be swapped to online event tickets and no refunds will be given.

Should Government guidance change and we cannot go ahead with the physical Awards ceremony at all, all tickets purchased for this will automatically be swapped to online event tickets and no refunds will be given.

Should the event not go ahead online for any reason, no refunds will be given. All tickets will be moved to next years’ event in 2022.

Ticket sales will close on Monday 18th October 2021 - no changes to tickets will be processed after this date.

Refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organiser and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
