Terms and Conditions
Payments for courses and private lessons are non-refundable.

Arriving at Holmewood House
We operate an unofficial one-way system through the school and always advise traffic to enter via Barrow Lane and exit along Hither Chantlers. Cars approaching the school against the flow of traffic will be redirected.

Swimming Courses
Before signing up for swimming courses, please make sure you know what level your child needs to be booked in for. Please speak to your child’s swimming instructor to establish their level if not already known or contact the Swim School so they can advise.

Medical and Emergency including Fire Alarms
Please let us know if your child suffers from any specific medical problem. There is space for this on the application form.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booking, course fees (minus £5.00 administrative charge) may be refunded.

Lost Property
All items left behind at the end of the sessions will be kept in the pool lost property. on the desk at registration. Unclaimed property will be disposed of two weeks after the end of the term.

Participants
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave without refund in the case of unacceptable behaviour.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participants are fit for the lessons. If any participants have any special medical or dietary needs or particular physical or psychological conditions, you must send us details before the lesson.

Promotional Codes
Misuse of promotional codes will result in your application being cancelled.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
