These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of our contract with you in relation to our supply of any ticket that you purchase using the Booking Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Booking Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to use the payment method or billing account details you provide for the purpose of settling any payments due for any purchase made through the Booking Service, or that you owe to us. You also promise that all information supplied by you in using the Booking Service is accurate and that you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any change of address, contact phone number or email address. Please note that our preferred method of contacting you is by email, and it is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
To redeem your ticket(s) you will need to present the printable voucher containing the barcode, or by displaying the Barcode at our admission points and (unless stated otherwise) the credit/debit card used to make the purchase as identification. Failure to do either of the above may result in your ticket(s) being withheld.
Tickets purchased from the website can only be used once and for the day of booking. Tickets will be validated upon entrance and cannot be re-used.
If you elect to have the Barcode sent to your phone by SMS text message, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided us with the correct telephone number and that your phone is charged, functional and that you are able to display the Barcode at one of the Admissions Offices.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vouchers or SMS messages displaying the Barcode cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative and no change will be given upon redemption.
Customers must keep personal belongings with them at all times. We accept no responsibility for the theft of any property or personal item.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and shall remain under the supervision of an adult at all times.
We reserve the right, without refund and, in our absolute discretion, to refuse entry to the Castle and Gardens.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, they must be cleared up after and not cause a nuisance to other visitors.
Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall result in your removal from the grounds.
We will only use the personal information you provide to us to provide the service or to inform you about similar services which we provide, unless you tell us you do not want to receive this information.
Full payment is required at time of booking.
Advance tickets are available until the day prior to the event. After this time, advance tickets are unavailable.
All prices and information are correct at the time of publishing. However they are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
An adult ticket is valid for customers aged 18 years and over. A child ticket is valid for customers aged 5 – 18 inclusive.
Customers are advised to check their tickets upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
A valid ticket is required to enter. If this is not produced, or the ticket is defaced or altered in any way, admission to the event will not be permitted.
Hornby Castle will not re-issue lost or stolen tickets. Hornby Castle will endeavour to adhere to all timings advertised for all entries; however this is not always possible. Customers are reminded that for technical, operational and/or meteorological reasons some facilities may be removed or closed and may be altered at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any changes to an event by Hornby Castle, Hornby Castle will endeavour to contact all purchasers either by phone, e-mail or in writing (using details provided at time of booking) advising them on the course of action. However, please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the details of the event, and Hornby Castle cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes.
Customers are asked to report any injuries/incidents/accidents that occur whilst at an event to a member of staff at the time.
Customers are advised to read all information which applies to the event before booking, especially with regard to the covid guidelines published on our website Hornbycastle.com and carry proof of age if appropriate.
We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
