Terms and Conditions

For all Isle Fest tickets for Saturday 25th May 2019 and Sunday 26th May 2019, the organisers do not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage or injury of any kind at the event or at the premises known as Sheppey Sports Ground or Sheppey United Football Club, Halfway, Sheppey, Kent.

You attend this event at your own risk, and by doing so you consent to filming, photography, audio recording as a member of the audience and use of such material by the organiser for commercial and non-commercial use.

Our FAQ/T&C's page from our website www.islefest.co.uk make up our terms and conditions at all times and by purchasing tickets agree to these terms.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. Please make sure you are available to attend your chosen festival date before purchasing your tickets.

No tickets will be allowed to be sold on social media sites or any commercial selling sites, such as eBay. This is due to the fact that each allocated eTicket has the name and address of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to alter the Artists without prior notification.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
