Terms and Conditions

Parents/carers are responsible for providing original sheet music and piano accompaniments to take along to the exam. Copying published music is illegal and will not be allowed in the exam room. Details of what will be required are highlighted by your child’s teacher at the top of this application. Please contact them directly if you have further questions.

Parents/carers must check spelling of candidate names at the time of the exam. Costs of reproducing certificates with corrected names will not be met by EMS.

Refunds for non-attendance will not be considered by EMS under any circumstances.

If you change your postal or email address during the application process it is the parent/carer’s responsibility to inform EMS of this change.

Applications received after the deadline will not be actioned and will be returned to sender.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
