Led by an experienced inspector, this course will increase your confidence and familiarity with the SIAMS framework, inspection process and self-evaluation. We will consider how preparing for inspection and developing your school to be the best church school it can go hand in hand. There will be time in the afternoon to reflect on your own school’s preparation and self-evaluation with support on hand. Suitable for Headteachers, senior leaders and Governors who are encouraged to attend together if possible.
