About
Join us on Friday 25 September 2026, from 9:30am to 12:30pm at The Future Inn (PL6 5ZD), for the launch of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. This exciting event is an opportunity for early years settings across Devonport, Ham, St Budeaux, St Peters & the Waterfront, Budshead, Honicknowle, Sutton and Mount Gould to learn how to bring the Imagination Library programme to the children and families they support. Find out how every child aged 2–5 can receive a FREE, high-quality book delivered to their home each month, helping to inspire a lifelong love of reading.
As part of the morning, early years practitioners will also benefit from a free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) session led by Lauren Stone, Early Years Language Lead. The session will explore how sharing stories can maximise children's language development, communication skills and learning opportunities, as well as practical ways to thread high-quality books and storytelling throughout everyday early years practice.
Whether you're looking to register your setting, enhance your practice through valuable CPD, or learn more about the programme, we'd love you to join us. Spaces are limited, so please book your place today.
