Makers and Munchkins - Ceramic Tea Light
Location
About
A relaxed creative session for mums, dads, and grandparents caring for preschool children who fancy a morning of making!
This month we'll be creating beautiful ceramic tea light holders. You can use one of our templates or design your own unique piece—perfect for a handmade Christmas gift. Choose from our range of glaze colours, and we'll professionally glaze and kiln-fire your creation, ready for collection a few weeks later.
Your little munchkins can join in the fun too! They'll have the chance to make their own ceramic Christmas tree decoration, which we'll also fire for them. (and they paint at home)
While you get creative, your little ones can enjoy free play in our Loose Parts Play Space and explore our Scribble Space, giving you the chance to relax, make something special, and chat with other like-minded crafty people.
A lovely way to spend a creative morning together!

Our pottery studio at Mealbank is currently on the first floor and is not wheelchair accessible. There is also no wheelchair-accessible toilet at the pottery. We know that accessibility is important, and improving access to our pottery space is something we are looking to develop.
