What to expect:
🍵Warm Welcome: Settle in with a cup of warming herbal tea, gentle guided reflection and simple intention-setting to leave holiday stress at the door.
🌟 Star of Stillness Meditation: A guided visualisation to connect with your inner warmth and quiet the mind.
🥣 An Extended Sacred Sound Bath: Drift into deep relaxation surrounded by the angelic frequencies of heart-centered crystal bowls, winter chimes, and grounding gongs that mimic a blanket of falling snow.
❤️ Re-awaken: Wake up gently to seasonal treats while you ground yourself before heading home.
Think of this as a warm winter cabin for your soul. No expectations, no to-do lists—just deep, uninterrupted peace. 🕯️
What to bring: Yoga mats are provided. A limited number of bolsters, cushions, blankets, and eye pillows are available. If being floor based is not right for you, the studio has some traditional upright chairs for use. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own comfortable chair (zero gravity chairs are a good option). Wear comfy clothes and feel free to bring additional items to support relaxation.
Venue: The Zen Space, Spalding.
How to find us: Enter through the BLUE DOOR next to The Constitutional Club on Broad Street, PE11 1TB. Check your confirmation email for the door entry code.
Doors open: You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes before start of session to settle in. The event will begin prompt and late arrivals will not be admitted.
Parking: Free parking is available nearby at Herring Lane pay and display car park (PE11 1TL) on Sundays.
Note: Sound therapy isn’t suitable for everyone. Please read the precautions before booking.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and sold individually.
Precautions and contraindications for sound therapy:
Severe mental health conditions: Clinical depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia; 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy; Sound sensitive conditions, Hearing impairment, Tinnitus, Epilepsy, Sleep apnoea; Metal implants, Pacemaker.
