OUWFC Mascot

Enjoy the opportunity to walk out onto the pitch alongside an Oxford United Women’s player before kick-off. Be part of the team’s pre-match experience and experience the excitement of walking out in front of the supporters before the match begins.

Please note this ticket gives entry to the mascot only. Accompanying adults must purchase their own ticket for the match.

Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Clothing & Footwear

Mascots must wear football boots suitable for use on a 3G pitch.

Mascots should wear Oxford United clothing or clothing representing their grassroots club (no professionally affiliated club kit to be worn other than OUWFC).

If attending as part of a team, mascots may wear their team kit.

Please ensure all clothing and footwear are suitable for the matchday environment and mascot activities.

 

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the match to be eligible for a full refund.

To request a cancellation and refund, please email women@oufc.co.uk, and we will respond as soon as possible.

 

3. Matchday Conduct

All mascots must be accompanied by a responsible adult/carer who will be responsible for dropping their child off at the agreed meet point (tunnel area 15 minutes before kick-off). The responsible adult/carer will also be responsible for picking the child up from the agreed meet point as soon as mascot duties are finished.

Mascots must follow the instructions of Oxford United staff and matchday officials at all times.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children behave appropriately and safely throughout the experience.

Mascots must remain with the designated Oxford United staff member when instructed to do so.

 

4. Changes to the Experience

Oxford United reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the mascot experience, including timings or activities, where necessary due to matchday operations, safety, weather or other circumstances.

We will aim to communicate any significant changes as soon as possible.
