About
Putting a book out into the universe is a massive milestone, and I would love nothing more than to celebrate this moment with the people who make it all worthwhile - my brilliant supporters, long-time clients, network connections, friends, family, and anyone curious about creating genuine, human-first leadership.
This isn't just a standard book presentation; it’s an uplifting, interactive gathering to mark a major achievement and set a new standard for how we lead.
What to expect on the day:
The Story Behind the Science: Alison will share the inspiration behind the book and how applying the REAL methodology transforms messy workplace dynamics into clear, human-centric leadership.
Special Guest Speakers: Hear quick, inspiring insights from key leaders and contributors featured throughout the book.
Exclusive Live Reading: Be the first to hear a select snippet from the final published text.
Whether you’ve been following this journey from day one or are completely new to 2minds, your presence and encouragement mean the world. Grab a drink, bring your energy, and come celebrate this huge achievement with us!
