FestiVOL 2026

Welcome to the FestiVOL 2026 booking page. We're delighted you're joining us as we celebrate five years of FestiVOL.

Festivol 2026 will take place on Tuesday 17th November 2026, at Torrisholme Methodist Church.

Five years ago, we launched FestiVOL with a simple ambition: to bring our voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector together to celebrate, connect and learn from one another.

Since then, FestiVOL has become so much more than an event. It has become an opportunity to pause, reflect on what we’ve achieved together, strengthen existing relationships, make new connections and celebrate the incredible contribution our sector makes to communities across Lancaster District.

This year’s theme, “The Lancaster District is for Everyone” recognises that strong communities don’t happen by chance. They are built through kindness, collaboration, inclusion and the commitment of people like you, who make a difference every single day.

As always, we’ve put together a programme that we hope will leave you feeling inspired, connected and energised. Alongside keynote speakers, you’ll be able to choose from a range of interactive workshops, facilitated by local organisations and community groups with a wealth of experience, practical insight and inspiring stories to share.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network, reconnect with colleagues, enjoy some live entertainment and share a community lunch together.

We look forward to welcoming you as we celebrate five years of FestiVOL and look ahead to what we can achieve together.

Parking / transport:

Parking at Torrisholme Methodist Church and on surrounding roads is extremely limited and we recommend travelling to the event by public transport if possible. Buses 1 and 1A run between Lancaster and Morecambe every 20 minutes and stop at Michaelson Avenue, a two-minute walk from the Church
