SEND Low noise Fireworks Display

This event is for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. Siblings are welcome too.

Join Special Steps on Sunday 8th November 2026, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Rhydd Covert Scout Campsite, DY12 1LE. There will be bouncy castles outside, with soft play, sensory activities and colouring indoors. Every child will receive a light-up toy and bubbles on arrival.

Our low-noise fireworks display starts at 6:30pm. It avoids the loud bangs of a traditional display, although the fireworks will still make some noise. Families can choose where they feel comfortable watching, or spend time indoors if their child needs a break.

Food will be available to buy for £4: one sausage and chips or four chicken nuggets and chips. Coffee Loco will be serving drinks separately.

We can’t wait to welcome you for a fun, inclusive evening together!
