About

Creative movement and exploration for under 5s with their parents/carers. What to expect: a song and action warm-up, followed my a micro-performance that will introduce a theme or prop before inviting everyone into the space to play! The journey of the session then takes its lead from the free-flow of the children, coming back together to follow a pattern, jump on an idea, hide, balance or beat out a rhythm. The direction we take is always a surprise, but always within the same structure: we finish celebrating all the children in the space with their own mini performance! This one-off session at The Stade Hall, offers a bigger space to our usual weekly meeting and welcomes all for a lively and joyful start to the week.

A note on age: it's ideal for children once they are independently on the move. But, the session is designed for parents/carers to move and play with their child so you are welcome to come along and move together with a pre-walking or non-mobile child.
