About
Wild Wellbeing is a structured programme that brings parents and children together through a series of nature-based sessions in a woodland environment. Led by experienced practitioners, it provides a calm, supportive space for families to connect, communicate and grow together.
The programme runs over 6 weeks with one parent and one child expected to attend all 6 sessions. We currently limit our cohorts to 8 places.
Activities include rope swing construction, shelter building, nature exploration, outdoor games, mini-terrariums and team challenges, all desgined to nuture parent-child bonds and communication.
