About

Dear Parent/Carer

We would like to invite you into school to review the additional support that has been in place for your child this academic year. This is also an opportunity for us to talk about their progress as well as any other concerns that you may have.

Meetings will take place on Tuesday 10th, 17th and 24th November with a member of the SEND team. If you would like to take this opportunity to book a 15 minute appointment with a member of the SEND Team then please follow the link or use the QR code attached.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Hughes

Assistant SENCO
