🌸AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE
This is massage like you’ve never experienced before. A deeply nourishing, floor based full body experience that blends massage, assisted yoga stretches and breathwork. Ayurvedic Yoga Massage originates in India, where I trained, rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and joined with more modern yogic knowledge. It’s a nurturing treatment performed on a soft floor mattress in the comfort of my hand crafted wood yurt - warm, safe, and grounding. Here, gentle yet deep rhythmic strokes using oil and Calamus powder, hands feet and elbows, melt away held tension and pave a path to openness. Guided breathwork and assisted stretches -sometimes called “passive yoga”, help your body unwind, increase flexibility and ease the mind. This is a totally unique style of massage that will make you feel taller, looser and more open in your body and mind.

A sensory journey inspired by Lithuanian sauna traditions in our hand built wood-fired sauna. This is not your average sauna session.
Rooted in ancient Lithuanian pirtis traditions and woven together with my training and experience in both the UK and Lithuania, these sauna rituals are an immersive, soul-soothing journey – one that invites you to slow right down and experience heat, nature and relaxation in a whole new way.
In Lithuania, sauna is not just about getting warm. It’s a ritual. A ceremony. A deeply nourishing practice for body, mind and spirit. Through my internships and hands-on learning, I’ve brought these time-honoured traditions home, blending them with my own intuitive, nature-led approach to create something truly special here in the UK.
Each ritual is a carefully curated sensory experience. The heat builds gently, guided with intention, rhythm and care. Natural elements are invited into the sauna – seasonal foliage, fragrant herbs, birch and plants gathered with respect for the land. Steam carries scent and story, wrapping you in warmth as your nervous system softens and your body begins to let go.
Expect waves of heat and rest, moments of stillness and moments of energy, all held in a space that feels both grounding and uplifting. This is deep relaxation, but it’s also playful, alive and connective – a chance to drop out of your busy head and back into your body.

Yoga, just for you - or for your people. These sessions are an invitation to slow right down and practice yoga in a way that truly fits you. Whether you’re coming on your own or gathering a small group of friends, family or colleagues, this is yoga shaped around your body, your energy and what you need on the day.
Held in my cosy, hand-crafted yurt, these sessions feel more like a gentle exhale than a workout. Expect intuitive movement, mindful breath and space to reconnect with yourself and with each other.
Sessions can be nourishing and slow, playful and flowing, grounding or gently energising. No two sessions are ever the same, because no two days, or bodies, are either.
