Man The Lifeboats - Deepdale Christmas Party
Saturday 20 December 2025
These gents return to Deepdale for their annual visit, and this time in December for the Deepdale Christmas Party.
Man The Lifeboats began life in a shanty-punk folk moshpit in 2016. Skinny Listerand Holy Moly & the Crackers were the two bands that lit the fire and blew the roof of the Garage that night.
The second album Soul Of Albion hit no27 in the Official Folk Charts in 2022. Recorded at Rockfield Studios, it sounds like Led Zeppelinarm-wrestling Shane McGowanin a Birmingham brewery, like Jimboband Fruitbatfronting Fairport Convention, like The Albion Bandturned up to 11 with their fiddles on fire. Tonic for these troubled times.
This Christmas concert will take place in the Brick Barn, with a bar. Please bring snacks, but not drink as our bar will be serving beers, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. There may well be dancing, so this won't be a seated event.

Tobias ben Jacob & Chris Cleverley - Live Music Gig
Saturday 17 May 2025
The return to Deepdale of two wonderful artists, who both performed at Deepdale Festival 2023.
TOBIAS BEN JACOB: Singer songwriter Tobias ben Jacob has been called ‘uniquely captivating’ by BBC 6 Music and ‘inventive and thrilling’ by R2 Magazine. His songs are dynamic, poetic and emotionally charged. His live shows are intense and spellbinding’ and deliver ‘many a spine-tingling moment.’ BBC Introducing in Devon called him ‘ One of our best artists’ making him upload of the week four times.
CHRIS CLEVERLEY: Born under a solstice moon, in the honeysuckle mysticism of a late 80s Midsummer. As his fledgling days unfurled, the symbolic sounds of ‘Hunky Dory’, ‘Graceland’ and ‘Ladies of The Canyon’ echoed from the woodchip walls of the South Birmingham terrace where he was raised; quiet and curious, saturnine and shy. “Rather Lovely Electro-Folk” – Radcliffe & Maconie – BBC 6 Music
This will be a superb evening of live music on our Brick Barn stage at Deepdale Camping & Rooms.

Wilswood Buoys - Live Music Gig
Saturday 26 April 2025
A first visit for these Mersea Island gents. They are a young, new and exciting duo, who are fast becoming one of the most popular folk acts on the UK festival scene.
Mixing trad folk, with modern alternative acoustic pop, the band have a sound that’s raw, fresh, familiar, and accessible.
Josh and Joe are, like a lot of bands, a couple of mates who from simply getting together for a jam saw things quickly escalate into writing music and playing local gigs. Both had a completely different upbringing in terms of musical styles leading them down a path of intertwined genres worked into one, with a thread of catchy riffs, natural chemistry, and big, bold choruses.
