Trial "Yoga PLUS" Class For Carers and Parents.
Between Tuesday 6 February 2024 and Tuesday 27 February 2024
A series of classes for parents, carers and volunteers working with people with a disability or health condition. The class includes a mix of Yoga, Pilates and Pure Stretch, with an overall mind body and soul theme.
Participants aged 16+
A carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction.
This Carers Respite Programme is also open to paid carers.
