Online Mental Health Champion Course

Mental Health First Aid Champions play a key role in overcoming the stigma around mental health and creating a positive and open working culture, where it’s okay to not be okay and talking is encouraged. Delivered online in one full day 09:00-17:00 On this course you will learn about the most common mental health problems including how to identify when someone is experiencing mental distress and how to apply the ALGEE Mental Health First Aid Model

Online Mental Health Awareness Course

Between Wednesday 4 June 2025 and Monday 16 June 2025
This is an introductory four-hour session to provide an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma. You’ll gain a basic knowledge of common mental health issues, learn how to start a conversation around mental health and some strategies for looking after your own mental health and well-being. Online Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course

Between Thursday 8 May 2025 and Thursday 24 July 2025
The Half Day online Course will allow delegates to:  Keep their awareness of Mental Health support current  Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it  Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan Alongside the best evidence-based Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, MHFAiders® are also provided with three-year access to ongoing learning and support through the MHFAider Support App®. The app gives you 24/7 digital support, access to exclusive resources, ongoing learning opportunities, and the benefit of joining England’s largest community of trained MHFAiders®. £95 per delegate including VAT, booking fees, course materials, and three years access to the MHFA England app This course is for anyone aged 16 upwards who have completed Mental Health First Aider or Mental Health Champion courses. The refresher is recommended at least every three years

This course is a two day online course ideal for those who would like to become an MHFAider® Alongside the best evidence-based Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, MHFAiders® are also provided with three-year access to ongoing learning and support through the MHFAider Support App®.
