Use the power of your breath to energise your body and to focus your mind. Scientific research has proven that your breath - your most effective and simple invisible force - can improve brain function, decision-making, and resilience, helping you to manage stressful events and the essential balancing of your autonomic nervous system to sustain homeostasis. Join EventWell's Helen Moon (event professional and qualified relaxation and stress management therapist and psychologist) for this NEW weekly lunchtime online session as she guides you through breathwork and deep (diaphragmatic) breathing exercises designed to support your physical, psychological and spiritual health. The session will last approximately 20 minutes, and repeats every Tuesday and Thursday.
