’Rewilding the Soul’ - a Week Long Retreat (CANCELLED)

20 July 2pm - 26 July 9pm 2024
This camping retreat offers a week of gentle exploration of the ‘wilder places’ within us to help discover and celebrate our own true nature in the reflection of Nature around us. Not on a manicured campsite nor in a remote wilderness, but in the wilder parts of the land between the Park Ecovillage Findhorn community and the sea. It will be a ‘tribal experience’ with a group of likeminded participants, with group ‘sharings’ and plenty of unstructured individual time to relax into where and who we are. There will also be room for us as individuals to participate in offers of shared practices of the Findhorn eco-community - regular group meditations, singing & dancing, one-off events and more. You will need to bring your own camping equipment although the Findhorn Hinterland Trust, who will be running this programme, does have a few tents that can be rented out if necessary). All meals are included in the cost for this programme.

’Sacred Ways’ - Day event

Saturday 18th May 2024 - 9am-5pm
A day to explore how we could live our lives as if ‘The G.O.D. (‘Game overall director’ ) all in all things mattered’... What is ‘sacred’? What would help us to live our lives in alignment with the values which we hold ‘sacred’? How can we honor the Spirit within all of Nature’s creatures - great & small? How can we turn our work into ‘worship’ - and acts of devotion? These are questions we will explore on this day dedicated to ‘sacred ways’. ‘Sacred Ways’ draws on the wisdom of ancient traditions of many cultures to find our own, authentic ways which can connect us with the sacred in an increasingly profane world. ‘I have found a way to live in the presence of the lord’ - Krishna Dass. This workshop will be facilitated by Kajedo Wanderer - Land Manager of the Findhorn ‘Hinterland’, Forester, Gardener, Wanderer...
