Expected to Strong: aligning self-evaluation and improvement

Friday 26 June 2026
Join us for a practical, in-person morning at Angel Solutions’ brilliant circus-themed offices, designed to help school leaders strengthen their self-evaluation and improvement planning in line with the new Ofsted framework. The session will focus on moving from Expected to Strong, with clear, practical support on how to align your SEF and school improvement priorities so they are sharper, more useful and ready for the next stage of inspection. You’ll also get a first look at Tilda AI, built into Perspective, and how she can support with SEF writing, planning and identifying next steps. Tilda goes live on 13th May, and we’re excited to show how she can save time and make the process feel much more manageable. The morning will include practical input, time to reflect on your own SEF, and opportunities to ask questions and get support. A light lunch will be provided, and although the official close is 12:15pm, you’re very welcome to stay for the afternoon, use the space, continue working on your SEF, or grab the team for extra support and training. The venue itself is a real highlight too — you’ll be visiting Angel Solutions’ unique CIRCUS-themed offices. Places are expected to go quickly given the venue, topics and speakers for the day, so book your place now to make sure you don’t miss out.
