Welcome to Core and Pelvic Floor - Online Course
Sunday 12 April 2026
Welcome to our Core and Pelvic Floor Antenatal Education Course.
This will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
This session will be a pilot and will run from 18:15-19:00
Participants should be over 26 weeks when joining the course.
It will include:
- Pelvic Floor Strengthening/Lengthening
- Some gentle Pilates exercises
Please note you will be required to have your cameras on for this session to ensure safety, if you don't have your camera switched on we will ask you to step out of the session.
Please wear loose comfy clothing, have a cushion handy and join the session in a room where there is enough space around you to move freely.
Before booking onto/attending any of the online Core and Pelvic Floor classes for the first time, you MUST complete the PARmed-X for pregnancy health screening questionnaire.
Please answer all questions as honestly and accurately as you can, and we will use the information you provide to determine if:
a) you are fit to participate straight away
b) you need to consult your GP or other appropriate healthcare professional before participating
c) you are unable to participate.
Please let the instructor know if your health changes before the class, as you may need to complete a new health form to ensure your continued safe participation.

Welcome to our Welcome to Feeding Antenatal Education Course.
This will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
This session will be a pilot and will run from 9:30-10:30.
It will include:
- Getting feeding off to a good start
- Colostrum Harvesting
- Feeding Cues
- Responsive Feeding
- Troubleshooting
- Breastfeeding positions
- Bottle feeding signposting
- Special considerations: baby's of diabetic mothers, baby's who will be born early or go to the Neonatal Unit, baby's who develop jaundice and baby's who lose a significant amount of weight.
