Perfect for absolute beginners, this class is fun, friendly, and easy to follow, no experience or partner needed. Bring your best friend, mum, sister, partner, it’s fitness, fun and social all rolled into one. Think date night meets dance floor, with plenty of laughs along the way. 🔥 Did you know? You can burn up to 400 calories per class without even noticing, because it feels more like a night out than a workout. Booking is simple: reserving your place online is completely FREE, so you can secure your spot with no commitment upfront. Then just turn up on the night and pay £7 on the door for the class.
