ROTHBURY - FESTIVAL SUPPORTER SEASON TICKET

A premium ticket for those who wish to pay a little more to support our fully volunteer non-profit festival. This early-bird ticket allows you entry into all festival events, and includes a voucher for an organic, adult or child T-shirt. Ticketed Events included: Friday Ceilidh Saturday Graham Pirt event Saturday Afternoon All Saints acoustic concert Saturday evening Mart Concert Sunday All Saints special concert (Squeezebox Special). These tickets are available for purchase earlier than standard individual festival tickets (which are only available from 9am May 1st 2026). Refunds are not available for partial use. Tickets are not transferrable and for the named ticket-holder only. Please state preferred T-shirt Size and colour when booking, T-shirts can be picked up from festival merch stall at Friday Ceilidh or Saturday stall near the outdoor stage.

Ceilidh Dance at Rothbury Traditional Music Festival 2026

Friday 10 July 2026
Kick off your festival weekend in fun and energetic style at our ceilidh dance with 422 Dance Band and ace caller Ruth Brown. No previous ceilidh-dancing experience is necessary as the 'caller' will guide you through the dances (in between playing fiddle!). 422 dance band will perform with guest musician Andy May on piano and pipes, in place of Sam Pirt. Real Ale Bar provided by Sarah and Paul Johnson. All ages welcome!

Squeezebox Special at Rothbury Festival 2025

Sunday 12 July 2026
A special acoustic concert featuring some of the most exciting squeezebox players from around the globe. Renowned Irish concertina player Michaél O'Raghallaigh will perform with his brother MacDara on fiddle. Belgian master accordionist Elke de Meester comes from a background of classical accordion and European folk music and will astound with her musicality, sensitivity and technique on her Pigini Nova 5-row button accordion, playing a selection of solo pieces that walk a line between folk and classical repertoire. There will also be shorter performances to start the proceedings from master of the English concertina Alistair Anderson, innovative diatonic accordionist Julian Sutton and Ian Stephenson.
