Come along and make a selection of garden creatures, from worms and slugs, to ladybugs, and personalise them with silly hats and big eyes. You'll be shown sculpting techniques to bring your tiny friends to life using air-dry clay, meaning you can take your creations home the very same day. This workshop will take place in V21 Pottery, it's in the same place but a different room to The Craft Corner. No experience needed, a range of tools available for anyone to give it a go. Our sessions are inclusive for everyone, whatever your age, ability, or learning needs. Join Jenny to discover Jesmonite by making a coaster! Jesmonite® is a two-part mix of liquid and powder. When mixed together, you can create an array of colours, textures, and finishes. A bit like plaster of Paris but much stronger! Our sessions are inclusive for everyone, whatever your age, ability, or learning needs. Choose a ceramic piece and paint it using our acrylic paints. Once you’re finished, you can choose to take it away or head to the cafe for a drink while the paint dries and before you leave, we will apply a gloss varnish spray to seal your work. No experience needed, a range of tools available for anyone to give it a go. Parents & guardians must stay at the venue if the individual is under 18 or requires support. While we offer a dedicated ALN session, all our sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible for individuals with additional learning needs or disabilities. Please note: This is not kiln-fired pottery painting. Items created at this session are for decorative use only and will not be food-safe.

Santa's Grotto at V21 Sbectrwm Centre, CF5 3EF This is an inclusive grotto for all ages, suitable for people with ALN, open to everyone. Dates & Booking: Open December 18th to December 20th. Please book your time slot in advance. Price & Inclusions: Tickets cost £7.50 per person. This includes a visit with Santa, a selection box gift, a letter to Santa, and a free small hot chocolate from the V21 Café @ Fairwater. Who Needs a Ticket: Booking is only required for the person wishing to speak to Santa and receive a gift. Support/parent do not need a ticket. There is no age limit. Group Capacity: Each time slot allows up to 3 people (receiving a gift) to book. Please select the correct ticket for your group size. Allergies: Unfortunately, we cannot cater for allergies for the included items. You are welcome to bring your own gift for Santa to give. All proceeds go to Vision 21 (Cyfle Cymru), Charity 104609

Join Jenny for a 45-minute taster session at V21 Crafts 2 where you'll make a Jesmonite coaster and create an initial print! You'll learn the basics of working with Jesmonite and have a unique print to take home with you. For people with learning disabilities 14+ interested in joining V21* *These free sessions are specifically designed for individuals aged 14 and over with learning disabilities who are interested in joining V21. We encourage anyone who feels this might be a good fit for them to attend. Attendees are welcome to come with parents, guardians, or support. Please note: The booking itself should be made for the individual interested in joining V21 only.  If you're interested in simply visiting to observe the project (maybe you are a support planner or school), you are very welcome to pop by! There's no need to reserve a space for observers, but we would grateful if you could just drop us an email beforehand to let us know you're coming - rachael.walker@v21.org.uk.
