Bring your mat, a drink, a small pillow and a cosy blanket to experience deep relaxation and a sense of peace and wellbeing. Christmas Cracker Crafting

Come and join me creating your very own personalised crackers. Have fun making them for your Christmas dinner table and match your Christmas colour scheme, or make individual ones for each member of the family. They are left open with ribbon to complete and you can then fill these with your own gifts. All tuition and materials supplied (paper, tube, snap, hat, ribbon and decorations) along with a festive drink and mine pie!

August Slow Flow Thursday Course

Thursday 1 August 2024
If you... - Feel intimated by large classes - Have health issues or physical challenges - Are new to yoga, or wish to extend your practice - Would like a teacher with a gentle, positive and adaptive approach Then join me for an energising start to the day focusing on mindful movement. This course is suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced. We will be working on one aspect each week. Week one - feet are the fundamentals of movement (working from the feet up including weight, positioning and balance). Week two - using the mind and breath to ease into poses (breathing techniques, props to assist with stretch and relaxation and Yoga Nidra). Week three - opening (stretching to open the chest, ribcage, heart-space and pelvis) allowing for space in the body and guided gratitude meditation. Week four - bringing it all together - a slow flow sequence and balancing chakra meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion, a small hand towel and a drink.
