Cyclery bike service and repair

We are offering 3 pre-bookable slots for bike servicing or repair at either £15, £40 or £65 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Choose the option you can afford. By paying a minimal £15 fee, you will help us cover the basic costs of running the project. As a guide, £15 would cover a basic check and basic repairs, and £65 covers a full bike service and clean up. Any parts that require replacement may have to be charged as an extra cost, but we would discuss that with you first. Please note that bookings may be subject to volunteers being available. We will acknowledge and confirm your booking. Currently we run this project with no funding, so your booking will really help keep this project alive! Thank you. Please get in touch if you would like to access this service but struggle financially - we will do our best to help.

Peace Film Night Special Event: Life in a Day of a Woman

Thursday 30 April 2026
Join us at The Eddington for a special Peace Film Night screening of Life in a Day of a Woman. This carefully chosen programme of short films offers glimpses into women’s lives, perspectives, and everyday experience, from the UK and beyond. The evening brings together thoughtful, accessible films that explore women’s daily lives, resilience, friendships, and communities, offering a welcoming and meaningful shared experience. In a world that can still feel shaped by toxic masculinity and more aggressive ways of being, this event offers a quiet celebration of women’s voices, strength, and community. It is a chance to pause, watch together, and enjoy a different kind of evening.
